Sila was born from the idea of presenting Serbian plum through an elegant, contemporary, and high-quality premium brandy.
Introduction
Tradition built on knowledge
Destilerija Milutinović develops its story through a combination of family values, carefully tended orchards, and a clear intention that every bottle carries recognizable quality. Although the distillery is officially newer, the idea, learning, and preparation developed for years before the first bottles reached brandy lovers.
Every detail — from the choice of name and visual identity to the method of production — was set with the goal that the brandy be authentic, rounded, and worthy of serious tasting. The focus is not mass production, but consistent quality and a character that stays in memory.
Orchards at the foot of Cer
The foundation of production is our own orchards at the foot of Cer mountain, covering around ten hectares. Location, climate, and variety selection enable the development of aromatic fruit suited to top-quality distillation.
Carefully selected varieties
The orchards grow varieties such as Stenlej, Čačanska rodna, Čačanska lepotica, Julska lepotica, and Požegača. Each has its role in the aroma, body, and finish of the brandy.
Premium approach
The brandy is made through controlled fermentation, separate distillation, and later blending of mono-distillates. This approach allows precise shaping of taste and consistent quality.

Sila does not rely on tradition alone, but interprets it through contemporary aesthetics, clean taste, and elegant presentation suited to the brand's premium positioning.
